How does Sizeable work?

At Sizeable we want to help you to find clothes that fit you better which is why we give you 5 different model and body type options to choose between. You can start by heading to the meet the models page to find out more about the size categories and our models. You can also check out their full measurements and the clothing sizes they normally wear. If you want to change models at any time you can head back to the main shop page or select a new category from the drop down menu.

Why do you use different sized models?

Generally when shopping online it can be difficult to imagine what clothes would look like on your body and then once you do decide to buy it can be even harder to figure out which size to buy. Knowing that a stick-thin, 6 foot tall model is wearing a size 8 doesn’t give you any indication of which size would fit you if you’re shorter and curvier. Comparing your own measurements to those of the models helps you to tailor the shopping experience to your body shape, ensuring you find clothes that flatter your figure and have a better chance of fitting you correctly.

What sizes do you stock?

We currently only stock standard Australian sizes 6-14, however we’re currently in talks with a number of plus-sized and more inclusive brands and hope to have them up on the site by mid 2016.

Which sizes do your models wear?

Our models vary from a size 6 to a size 12-14. Some of them also wear completely different sizes on the top and bottom (check out their measurements on the pick your model page for more information), and the sizes they wear can vary between brands – just like in real life.

On every shopping page we list the model’s measurements and the size they’re wearing in that item so you don’t have to go far for that information. Just look under the “Model’s Measurements” tab on the product pages to get this information.

How do I know which size to buy?

On each product page we provide you with the model’s clothing size and their body measurements as well as the measurements for every size of every item so that you can figure out which size will fit you.

Does every model wear every item?

Not always. If an item doesn’t fit one of our models then that item won’t be featured in their version of the store.

Do you pin or alter the clothes for the shoot?

No. We firmly believe in giving you an accurate idea of how the clothes will look on you which means no pinning, altering or photoshopping. If something gapes or bunches we want to show you that so there are no regrets after you purchase an item.

Can I model for you?

We’re always looking to expand our range of models so if feel your body shape isn’t properly represented here drop us a line at admin@sizeable.com.au with your measurements, standard sizing and a current photograph and we’ll be in touch. You don’t need to have any previous modelling experience – just a good attitude, fun personality and a whole lot of body confidence. (Currently only models local to Melbourne will be considered).

Thank you. We are lucky enough to have the amazingly talented Jessica Apap working behind the lens to make our pictures look so great. We thoroughly recommend using her services!

All the models look stunning. Who was responsible for their hair and makeup?

We have the beautifying touch of Sari Lawrence to work her magic on our models to get them photo-ready. She’s fun to work with and super talented to boot and we couldn’t speak of her more highly!

We have also used the makeup services of Karen CandyAmélie Garel and Jacqueline Botans on some of our photoshoots and they’re also fantastic.

Where do you ship to?

We now ship worldwide!

We offer free express shipping on all Australian orders and flat rate $15 shipping on all International orders.

Is it secure to pay by credit card?

Yes it is. Our credit card payments are processed using the Australian-based Pin Payments system, but we also accept payments through Paypal if you prefer. For more information on how we use and protect your details please read our Privacy Policy.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When your order is processed we’ll send you an email with your tracking details in it.

Do you have a physical store?

No we don’t. You can currently only order from us through this website.

Can my order be sent to a PO Box?

Yes it can. We send all our orders through Australia post so PO Boxes are acceptable.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

Our stock is always limited so if something is marked “out of stock” then it is unlikely that we’d get it back in. However, we are occasionally able to restock some items so if you’re desperate for a particular product email customerservice@sizeable.com.au with your sizing information and we’ll see what we can do!
