For our Australian customers we now offer free express shipping on all orders over $100. Express shipping should arrive within 2-5 days. Please also allow 1-3 days for packing and handling of your order.
For our international customers we offer flat rate $25 shipping to the following countries: Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom (UK) and the United States (US). Estimated delivery time is approximately 1-2 weeks.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We’re committed to helping you find the right size, so if you receive an item that doesn’t fit we’ll happily exchange it for another size or a store credit to put towards a future order. No full refunds for change of mind on purchase.
If you need to return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number and the name of the item as soon as possible to get the return address.
We’ll notify you when we’ve received your return and will let you know when to expect your replacement item.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
We must be notified of returns within 14 days, otherwise your return will not be accepted
Returned items must be received within 14 days from first contact (21 days for international orders)
Full refunds will only be offered if the item is faulty and can’t be replaced, otherwise customers will only be offered store credit or exchange
Any items purchased on sale or with a discount code do not qualify for refunds.
Exchange vouchers / store credit expire 12 months after they are created and are note redeemable for cash.
